M-EPLI fellows at the New Civil Rights and the Rule of Law conference in China
From 7-9 November 2016, M-EPLI PhD candidates Jiangqiu Ge and Liuhu Luo presented their papers at the conference New Civil Rights and the Rule of Law in China (新型权利与法治中国) in Henan China
Our M-EPLI fellows' papers have been chosen from out of more than 200 submissions. Jiangqiu and Liuhu were lucky to be selected as the keynote speakers and were provided an opportunity to publish their articles in some relevant, renowned legal journals.
The papers presented were the following:
- Virtual Reputation and Its Private Law Protection (Jiangqui Ge)
- Right to be Forgotten in German law (Liuhu Luo)
