Prof. Rose-Ackerman received an honorary doctorate
Prof. Susan Rose-Ackerman, Henry R. Luce Professor of Jurisprudence at Yale University, received an honorary doctorate from the University of Maastricht (UM) in the Netherlands on the occasion of its fortieth anniversary on January 11, 2016. The law Faculty of Maastricht University organized a conference The Reform of the Regulatory State. Resilience in Times of Crisis on 12 January 2016 on themes prominent in her work. Various MCEL scholars participated in this conference and gave presentation on topics among which European agencies and accountability, financial crisis and accountability, climate change and the refugee crisis.
