Obligation for energy label C for offices seems to have desired effect
In 2018, the Dutch government announced that all office buildings larger than one hundred square meters would have to have an energy label C as of Jan. 1, 2023, if they are still to be used. These regulations seem to be followed in other sectors, as well as throughout the European Union. But are these rules working?
