MCEL member Guido Bellenghi won the Young FIDE Award at the XXXI FIDE Congress
In the context of the XXXI Congress of the International Federation of European Law (FIDE), held in Katowice (Poland), MCEL’s member and PhD candidate Guido Bellenghi presented his paper ‘Is EU Emergency Law Really Emergency Law?’ at the Young FIDE Seminar. His presentation was awarded the Young FIDE Award, assigned to the best speakers by a jury composed of Professors Eleanor Sharpston, Miguel Poiares Maduro and Michal Bobek.
