Prospective student events
At Maastricht University we organise various events to inform secondary school students about our programmes, Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and the university. We have Open Days for prospective bachelor's and master's students.
And you can sign up for Student-for-a-Day or an Experience Day or become a student for a whole week during the summer break: sign up for our High School Summer College now.
If you are a Dutch speaking student, make sure you also check the events for Dutch speaking prospective students.

Bachelor's Open Day
During the Bachelor's Open Day we provide you with clear information about our university, programmes, education model and student life. You'll hear first-hand experiences from our students, staff, and alumni.
Experience Days
You will attend classes and experience what it is like to work together with others in a tutorial group. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to ask questions to students and staff.

Max Campus Experience
Come and explore our campus on 9 June and get a real taste of the atmosphere at UM.
Exclusively for students who have registered at UM
Virtual Open Day
Our university and bachelor programmes are open for you 24/7, wherever you are on our Virtual Open Day.
International fairs
We attend international fairs all year round, so you can meet us in your own country.
Talk to our Student Ambassadors
Who better to help you choose a study than a current UM student? They can tell all about what is like to be a student at UM.
In addition to providing you with information, we also organise events that enable you to experience life at UM first-hand. 'What does an average day look like and how does PBL work?'
Upcoming study information events
During these events you take part in our education and are able to ask questions to students and staff. In some events you can participate individually, in others with a group or your whole class. Visit our study information calendar for an overview of all of our prospective student events.
