Research profile

Part of the research still concerns the right to change or modify employment contracts ant the possible problems this invokes. New resarch will try to link this to the duty to find a reasonably fitting position for employees becoming redundant which has recently become much more stringent.

Another aspect of the research is the comparative research within European Union funded projects (INLACRIS, COGENS, DIGILARE) dealing with employee rights in crisis, after crisis, collective rights and the like.
