Visa

Participants of ICCC 2023 will need to make their own travel arrangements to the Netherlands.

You should investigate whether you need to obtain a visa prior to your arrival. Depending on your nationality and the length of your stay in the Netherlands a visa may be required. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs supplies the information needed, including downloadable forms in English.
Be aware that visa are granted by the embassy in your own country. It is not excluded that some additional requirements should be met. If you need a visa, we strongly recommend to contact a Dutch consular mission or the designated service in your vicinity in time. The website mentioned gives a list of addresses for each country. Don't forget that applying for a visa may take more than a month.
