Emotional A.I. is quickly becoming a reality, with advanced models designed to act as friends, caretakers, and even therapists, claiming to possess emotional intelligence. But can these A.I. models genuinely feel emotions, or are we simply witnessing sophisticated simulations? In this online YUFE Academy lecture hosted by Maastricht University, Dr. Kris Goffin will explore emotional A.I., blending insights from philosophy and cognitive science. 

These online discussions seek to set the scene for further exchange about the intellectual, conceptual, social, legal and practical interactions between comparative administrative law in Europe and European administrative law.
