Lisa Brüggen (E.C.)
Research profile
The mission of my research is to generate rigorous evidence-based insights on how to accelerate people’s long-term financial planning. My approach incorporates insights and methods from multiple disciplines, including service research, economics, finance, and cognitive neuroscience. Throughout my career, I enthusiastically explored these different fields. For example, my research on the quality of online surveys advanced methodological knowledge. Studies in services marketing equipped me with a customer-centric perspective, and in neuroscience studies, I investigated which brain areas and neural mechanisms have a direct functional relationship with risk-taking.
