The overarching research institute for the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.

The Food Claims Centre Venlo (FCCV) is the knowledge centre for all questions related to nutrition and food law. FCCV focuses on all questions related to the legal demonstration of whether food is safe or healthy.

GWFP researchers study the internal workings of the universe on both, particle level (as a part of CERN LHCb experiment) and on the astronomical scale via gravitational wave research and precision interferometry.

GROW focuses on genetic and cellular mechanisms, as well as environmental and life-style factors that underlie normal (embryonic and foetal) and abnormal (cancer) growth.

The societal impact of our individual choices - from breakfasts to pensions - are the focus of the Human Decisions and Policy Design research theme at Maastricht University's School of Business and Economics.

Publishes, consults, & provides PhD research supervision & coaching, education & training. The object of research is the corporation & its rules & regulations in interaction with its changing environment.

Conducting research, offering courses & seminars & advising on the role of international regulation in addressing problems & challenges resulting from the process of economic globalisation.

Develops novel and challenging technologies to advance the field of tissue and organ repair and regeneration.

Conducts interdisciplinary research within the scope of cross-border mobility & cooperation issues wherein special attention is paid to practical solutions for these issues.
