Workshop: Educational Design Research - bridging theory and practice
Educational Design Research (EDR) – also referred to as Design-Based Research (DBR) – is an approach for analysing important challenges or problems in education and simultaneously enabling the development and evaluation of creative solutions.
We will ask participants to adopt the role of a stakeholder in a simulated project addressing an important educational challenge and apply EDR. We hope this will inspire the participants to start thinking about their own innovation projects in education.
This activity may count towards your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) if relevant to your situation.
