As a programme director at Maastricht University, you work in a complex and evolving educational landscape, coordinating teaching teams, ensuring programme quality, responding to policy changes and continuously balancing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
This annual gathering is designed as a dedicated space to step out of the day-to-day, (re)connect with fellow programme directors and engage in meaningful exchange about the challenges and opportunities shaping your work.
What to expect
The programme will include a mix of inspiration, structured exchange and informal networking. An invited speaker (to be confirmed) will open the session by sharing insights on current developments in higher education and leadership. This will be followed by opportunities to exchange practices and perspectives on key themes relevant to programme leadership and development.
The formal part of the session will conclude with a borrel, providing further opportunities to continue the conversations and strengthen your inter-faculty network.
