Maastricht team is in the four best teams of the ELMC!
On Friday the 15th of April, the Maastricht University team composed of Katharina Wende, Eve Meurgey, Lucile Fleuret and Jolien Timmermans was awarded the semi-finalist price at the All-European Finals of the European Law Moot Court. This prestigious event is held at the Court of Justice of the EU and attracts very committed and strong teams from all over Europe and beyond. Competition is fierce and despite a strong showing in the semi-finals, the team did not manage to pass to the next round. However, a semi-finalist place means that the Maastricht team was one of the four best teams of this year in a competition attracting some 100 submissions. Their coach, Pauline Melin, would thus like to highlight the tremendous work made by the team in all stages of the competition. Once again, congratulations girls!
