Global Forum of WHO Collaborating Centres
The Global Forum brought together WHO Collaborating Centres, WHO leadership, Member States and partners to strengthen collaboration, align priorities, mobilise the expertise of WHO Collaborating Centres in defining region-specific coordination mechanisms, identifying opportunities and developing concrete regional actions and implementation pathways aligned to key regional specific priorities.
The participants discussed the future role of WHO Collaborating Centres in advancing global health in line with WHO Global Programme of Work. The main theme of the Forum was Together for Science, combating the misinformation, strengthening collaboration which is grounded in science.
Professor Katarzyna Czabanowska and Professor Milena Pavlova represented The WHO CC for Public Health Leadership and Workforce Development on behalf of CAPHRI, Maastricht University.
