Registration and abstract submission
LATE-BREAKING ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS OPEN
You are invited to submit your late-breaking abstract (maximum 3000 characters, including spaces; author names and affiliations excluded) via the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION LINK to participate at the ICAC 2025.
The submission deadline for late-breaking abstracts is Friday, 15 August 2025 - or earlier if capacity is reached. We encourage early submission to secure your slot. Prior conference registration is not required to submit your abstract but the registration will close when the maximum number of attendees is reached.
Previous submissions can be viewed (but not edited) also via the SUBMISSION LINK, the acceptance notifications have been sent out. During submission, trainees (PhDs and postdocs up to 2 years) indicated to be considered for a travel award. The recipients of the travel award have been informed. Congratulations to all awardees!
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION OPEN
Online registration is open and will close when the maximum number of participants (300) is reached. For payment during online registration you may use credit card, bank transfer, or paypal.

The conference registration includes access to the conference as well as all the social events: welcome reception, conference (including lunches), party, conference dinner, and one social activity on Wednesday. Your conference rate covers all aspects of the social program. You can purchase tickets for guests for the different social events during the conference registration.
CNSP SATELLITE MEETING. We’re excited to announce that a satellite event - the 1st CNSP Hackathon - will be held in Maastricht just before the conference (September 12–14). For more details including registering for the hackathon, please visit cnspworkshop.net/hackathon.html.

*The reduced rate applies to trainees (PhD students and postdocs up to 2 years after graduation).
Please note our cancellation policy:
- 90% refund if cancelled by June 14, 2025 (this reduction from 100% is to cover our transaction processing fees).
- 70% refund if cancelled by August 14, 2025.
- No refund if cancelled after August 14, 2025.

TRAVEL AWARDS
A limited number of travel awards will be granted based on the program committee's review of submitted abstracts, with an emphasis on promoting diversity across countries and labs. If you wish to be considered for a travel award, please indicate this during the abstract submission process. To be eligible for a travel award, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be a PhD student or a postdoc within two years of their PhD defense. Award recipients will be required to provide proof of enrollment or a letter from their supervisor.
Be the presenting author of the submitted abstract.
Attend the conference in person.
The number of available travel awards depends on the final conference budget. Travel awards will be issued as lump-sum payments, with the amount based on travel distance. These grants are intended to help offset the costs of attending the conference, but are not expected to cover all expenses. Awards will be handed out after the conference.
