US International Tax Law Update

This update will provide participants with information regarding some of the most important aspects to consider about US International Tax law:

  • Transactions between subsidiaries incorporated in the Dutch Caribbean (often with an intermediate company in a low jurisdiction in one of the Caribbean Islands) and their investors/shareholders in the US
  • US approach to the  various tax regimes in the Dutch Caribbean (Oil and Terminal Regime for CITGO in Aruba)
  • Taxation of US citizens working abroad for a short or long periods of time 
  • Tax consequences of US contractors when doing work for a short or longer period of time in the Dutch Caribbean
  • Current developments on FATCA, CRS and consequences thereof for the Dutch Caribbean
  • Possible tax consequences as a result of the US presidential election
  • The tuition fee for this conference is € 300
