Building management
In close cooperation with Facility Services, building management ensures an optimal and safe physical working environment for FHML-FPN in which education, research and related activities can take place. To this purpose, the sections 'building management' and 'housing' have been set up.
Building management
Building management represents FHML-FPN as the main user and Facility Services takes care of the services. The daily services are supervised within Building Management. Click on the links below for more information.
Housing
FHML strives to use the available education and research infrastructure as efficiently as possible. Over time, the need for accommodation for education and research changes. HSB translates these developments to a faculty scale level in order to get an overview of the needs in the medium and long term. Based on this, HSB advises the FHML Faculty Board.
Housing is the point of contact for the units within FHML for the allocation of office and laboratory facilities and the resulting projects.
Housing system
The allocation of accommodation within FHML is determined on the basis of an annual inventory of the appointed FTEs. The reference date for the FTEs is the salary payment for the month of July. The reference date for the housing situation is 1 October. By means of this system, the developments within the various departments and departments in relation to housing are made transparent every year.
