Stefan Bos (S.G.)
Stefan is a doctoral researcher at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics (SBE) collaborating with Brightlands Institute for Smart Society (BISS). His research focuses on increasing empathy and understanding towards stigmatized or vulnerable groups through the use of Virtual Reality. Specifically, Stefan examines the psychological effects that these virtual simulations can have on behaviour and emotions.
Stefan has MSc degrees in both behavioural sciences and legal psychology. He previously worked as a research intern at Maastricht University’s clinical psychology department, where he studied Virtual Reality as a tool for psychological interventions within forensic psychology.
