Jean Monnet Guest Lecture on Emergency Politics, Democracy, and Constitutionalism in Europe
On 5 February, the first Jean Monnet Lecture organised by the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on Crises and Emergencies in EU Integration took place at Maastricht University Faculty of Law.
Prof. Christian Kreuder-Sonnen gave a brilliant presentation concerning Emergency politics, democracy, and constitutionalism in Europe, followed by a reaction by Prof. Bruno de Witte and a lively discussion with the audience.
This Jean Monnet Lecture was funded by the European Commission and Studio Europa Maastricht and convened by Prof. Andrea Ott and Guido Bellenghi.
