CaRe Award 2019 for Eefje de Bont
This year’s annual CaRe Days took place on 8 and 9 May in Eindhoven. Approximately 150 PhD students and senior researchers of the four research institutes, APH, CAPHRI, Nivel and RIHS joined to connect with and learn from each other. The central theme “Science for Citizens – Citizens for Science” was touched upon from various angles and perspectives.

For the third year in a row the CaRe Award was awarded to a CAPHRI researcher: Out of 318 CaRe dissertations the thesis of Eefje de Bont (research line Optimising Patient Care) titled "Childhood fever in out-of-hours general practice" was selected as number one.
