The Master GLEPH is designed to foster a thorough understanding of complex European governance structures, involving multi-actor constellations, sectors and disciplines, and to prepare students for future leadership roles. The programme equips students with the competencies) to advise on, change, implement and monitor innovations and policy reforms to respond effectively to public health challenges.

Graduates will be able to identify possibilities for population-wide health improvement and reduced health inequalities by applying theories and methods of contemporary leadership, systems thinking and European governance structures.
GLEPH’s vision is to empower the next generation of public health leaders in Europe with the knowledge and skills to drive strategic changes for health and well-being while recognising Europe's complexity and diversity. Countries worldwide, including face public health challenges like ageing populations, economic threats, immigration, climate change, mental health issues, misinformation, social inequalities, and healthcare workforce shortages. In addition, the risk of future pandemics remains a pressing concern.
