Kena Zheng (K.)

Kena Zheng is a PhD candidate of METRO and PUBR at Maastricht University. Her research field is in competition law, soft law and Law&Economics. Her PhD topic is “The use of competition soft law in the digital society – a comparative legal analysis with the EU and China”. Kena is a member (as PhD Researcher) of the Ius Commune Research School. Kena Zheng obtained a bachelor degree at Huaqiao University (China) in 2014, and double master degrees in procedural law and European Business Law at Southwest university of Political Science and Law (China) and Aix-Marseille Université (France) in 2018.
