The book Twenty Years of European Company Law, edited by Bastiaan Kemp and Mieke Olaerts, was recently published by Wolters Kluwer. The book appears 20 years after the journal European Company Law’s first issue was launched in 2004, which jumped to prominence as a leading resource for European companies and their lawyers and for enterprises worldwide with business interests in Europe, a role it has held to the present day. This unique book celebrates this anniversary with contributions from renowned legal experts in company law, securities law, and corporate governance.
