Keynote speaker Dies Natalis receives Roosevelt Four Freedoms Award
Today, Nice Nailantei Leng’ete receives one of the four Roosevelt Four Freedoms Awards. For years now, she has been committed to providing access to health care and education for all young girls in Kenya. She is an inspiration for many women: she breaks taboos, and emphasizes the importance of education and believing in yourself. The Freedom from Want Award suits her perfectly!
During our Dies Natalis on 12 May, Nice will address her role as a human rights activist, and talk about empowerment and personal leadership. Do you want to be there? You can register until April 26 using your personal e-mail invitation you received on 16 March. You can also attend the Dies Natalis and Nice’s keynote lecture via livestream.
