Digital war in Ukraine: no major attacks yet, but 'online bullying'
Russian hackers have hacked dozens of Dutch routers, wrote De Volkskrant. The consequences of the online war in Ukraine have not come any closer here. Nevertheless, a large-scale digital war in Ukraine or elsewhere does not seem to have started yet - although there were many concerns about this beforehand.
"We had all kinds of expectations about a digital war," says Mariëlle Wijermars, Russia expert and cybersecurity expert at Maastricht University. "People thought maybe we'd see mostly online attacks rather than a traditional war." Read more on NOS
