Information desk staff

As a staff member at the information desk, I give information on: the Online library, book collections, databases, E-books and E-journals. I also deal with the payments of fines and Interlibrary loan and I answer questions about membership. On a practical level I help customers with scan- and print problems.

Questions which cannot be answered at the information desk will be referred to Ask your Libraria
