Submission
The submission of abstracts is open, submit here. Submissions close on 31 July 2025 23:59.
Abstracts should have a maximum of 2000 characters incl. spaces (approx. 300 words).
We are planning to give submissions a presentation or blitz presentation slot and minimise posters, but these allocation decisions are contingent on the amount and quality of submissions. Please indicate which format you would prefer.
Submissions as talks need to contain information about analysis and results in the abstracts. In the case of multiple studies, at least for one study the data must be analysed. Blitz talks and posters may be at the stage of data collection upon submission. In that case, authors should indicate the achieved/planned sample size and hypotheses (if applicable).
If you would like your talk to be scheduled together with related talks (symposium format), please indicate this in the submission form. While we cannot guarantee this clustering, we will do our best to accommodate preferences.
