I joined the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASoS) in September 2003 as a junior lecturer in the European Studies bachelor programme. Since 2011 I work as Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science of FASoS.
Between September 2009 and August 2012 I coordinated the research-oriented Master programme in European Studies MA "Analysing Europe". I am now involved in its successor the research master in European Studies (RMES).
I am the course coordinator of the Qualitative Research Methods course in the Year 2 compulsory curriculum of the BA ES. I deliver various lectures and supervise theses in the BA ES, MA ES and MA EPA.
Between September 2012 and August 2018 I was the Chair of the FASoS Board of Examiners.
Between June 2019 and August 2022 I was the Programme Director of BA ES.
