What to expect?
In this practice-oriented course, you will work thematically on your pronunciation, tempo, intonation and sentence structure. You practice weekly with varied and interactive activities, such as:
- Speaking games
- Language acts and role plays
- Short listening and speaking assignments
Your homework will consist of listening exercises, extracurricular assignments and recorded speaking assignments.
Fast facts:
- Course speaking skills participants level A2 to B1.
- Participants who have followed Dutch up to A2 and want to work on improving their speaking skills (pronunciation, tempo, intonation, prosody).
- Participants 12-16 (on site)
7 sessions of 2 hours
- Preparation and self-study at least 1 hour per lesson
Certificate of participation (with sufficient attendance: 6 of the 7 lessons)

- Checking out at the cash register or at the market
- A conversation at the doctor's
- Informal conversations and small talk
- Making an appointment (formal and informal)
