Your future

After three years at UCV and 180 ECTS, you will qualify for an international recognized Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. After graduating, you can continue a broad range of master’s programmes in the Netherlands or abroad. In addition, with the close links to businesses and a focus on applying knowledge you have gained at UCV, you will also be well prepared to start your professional career.

Graduate programme possibilities

Your self-designed curriculum determines which master’s programmes you qualify for. Your academic advisor will help you create a curriculum that matches the admissions requirement for your desired master’s programme.

With your UCV diploma, you are eligible for many more master’s programmes in the Netherlands and beyond. During your studies, your academic advisor will help you select the right courses to prepare you for the master's programme of your choice.

Approximately three-quarters of UCV alumni would choose to pursue this bachelor's programme again. The interdisciplinary nature and high quality of the training were particularly valued. More than 87% of UCV alumni went on to pursue a master's degree. Masters programmes in life sciences are among the most popular.

Over 92% of alumni who finished all of their studies have jobs, most of whom are researchers in the Netherlands. More than three-quarters work in an academic setting. The majority are pleased with their jobs and career opportunities.
