Please note! The updated Health Sciences curriculum will be launched in the 2026–2027 academic year. The structure of the curriculum and the composition of the courses will change from that moment onwards. The overview below contains the most recent information, which is updated regularly.
Year 1
The programme is structured around three themes: Healthy generations, Environment and climate and Healthcare and the social domain. Each theme covers multiple disciplines and is organised into three perspectives: biology, behaviour, and social perspective.
Year 2
You continue to explore the three themes, deepen your knowledge and skills, and work on more complex and authentic projects. You also have the opportunity to make your own choices and specialise in one of the three perspectives.
Year 3
You further broaden your horizon by taking a minor and completing your bachelor’s degree with a thesis, in which you investigate and elaborate on a current health issue.
