Craig Eggett (C.M.)

Research profile

Craig's PhD research was concerned with "general principles of law" in the sense of Article 38(1)(c) of the ICJ Statute. As part of this project, he spent time at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law at the University of Cambridge.

 

Research Interests

Craig is currently working questions related to the general obligations of international organisations, particularly the UN.  He continues to research on the sources of international law.

 

Craig is the convenor of the Maastricht International Law Discussion Group (ILDG).
