PPP step 3: How to complete your details

You can complete or change most of the information fields in the personal profile page (PPP) area. However, the data in some fields originate from a source system and will have to be changed in Success factors (login to Success Factors.)

Which details can you change on your PPP?
initials
contact details like your e-mail address, phone number and room number

How to change your initials on your PPP?
By altering your initials in the first 'Initials' field.
(first step in the edit profile section, 'General' component).

My work location and/or telephone number are not correct or not available in PPP.

How to change your job position and an alternative UM-organisational unit?
In PPP you can fill in an alternative UM-position and/or organisation if the default UM-position/ organisation does not fit. (This is the second step in the edit profile section, 'Activities' component). This field will override the default UM-position/ organisation.
