Qian Li (Q.)

Qian Li is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Maastricht University. During her LL.M. studies at Hamburg University and China University of Political Science and Law, she developed a strong interest in Competition Law, Market Regulation and  Anti-Monopoly Law in the EU and China. Building on these experiences, she pursued her PhD at Maastricht University. Her PhD work focused on AI-enabled price discrimination in digital markets and combined competition law and economics to this end. 

She also regularly studies areas beyond competition law, leveraging her diverse professional and internship background across multiple domains such as competition law, data protection law, commercial law and international law, which spans both the private (international law firms) and the public (Ministry of Justice and SOEs) sectors.
