M. Gega
Megi Gega is a Postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Marketing & Supply Chain Management. Megi received her PhD in Business Economics and Business Management & Organization at Wageningen University & Research. Her research focuses on how firm ownership structure and other organisational characteristics impact buyer-supplier relationships and supply chain sustainability. She is dedicated to bridging different disciplinary domains by integrating multiple theoretical frameworks and levels of analysis, to investigate how organisational structures and characteristics influence firm-level strategies and supplier behaviour, while simultaneously uncovering the relational and structural dynamics involved in sustainability transitions within agri-food supply chains.
