Networks for staff and students

UnliMited is a university-wide network established by and for students and staff at Maastricht University with visible and invisible disabilities, chronic illnesses and/or neurodivergence.

FEM is a network of UM staff, from both academic and administrative backgrounds, that promotes the empowerment of women and female leadership, and fosters a broader culture that supports gender equity and diversity.

UM Pride is UM's LGBTQIA+ Network, a platform for all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual and allied staff and students. It offers a safe, inclusive and supportive space, while fostering a diverse and connected community.

The African and Caribbean Maastricht University Society (ACMUS) is a vibrant student-led community dedicated to celebrating the richness and diversity of African and Caribbean cultures within Maastricht University.

The Young UM Professionals (YUMP) community is an independent and informal body that brings together dedicated young support staff members from across UM’s faculties and service centers. YUMP facilitates dialogue and collaboration around the personal and professional development needs of young professionals.
