I have been working at TGX since 2020 as a IT-Manager. Before starting here I held various IT networking infrastructure related functions within Centric and Brabantia.

  5. Monitoring and Management Tools: Proficiency with tools for monitoring network and system performance (Endpoint Central, Zabbix), as well as configuration management and automation tools (Ansible).
  6. Help Desk and Technical Support: Experience in providing support and troubleshooting for end-users, including ticketing systems, remote support tools, and customer service skills.
  7. Emerging Technologies: Staying informed about new technologies and trends, such as IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence), and edge computing, and understanding how they can be integrated into existing infrastructure.
