Welcome to the UM Wellbeing Week!
From Monday 14 to Friday 18 November 2022 the Wellbeing Movement is hosting more than 40 different workshops, talks and other activities centered around your wellbeing.
There are a few online events, however most are on-campus. The events are all free and are open for all students and staff. An extensive program has been put together for you to discover.
