BISCI welcomes call for innovation and collaboration in logistics
The BISCI team attended the fourth Topsector Logistiek Conference in Feyenoord Stadium in Rotterdam on Tuesday, 16 April. In her keynote speech, Netherlands Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management Cora van Nieuwenhuizen expressed the need for digital transformations, sustainability ambitions and new ways of collaboration in the Supply Chain Ecosystem.
“Join in new innovative systems, experiments with synchromodal transport, smart mobility, pilots, tests, efforts to build up knowledge. Only by working together with courage and a sense of community can we make our logistics sector fit for the 21st-century. And keep our cities accessible and the air clean," she told the crowd of 1000 industry representatives, government officials, academic researchers and other professionals.
The Brightlands Institute for Supply Chain Innovation (BISCI) is happy to contribute to these ambitions in collaboration with other stakeholders.
