Dr Leonhardt van Efferink (L.A.S.)
My work at MILE focuses on teaching about the economies of countries. My courses combine elements from Micro-Economics, Macro-Economics and International Economics.
As a coordinator, I am responsible for five courses:
- Country Risk Analysis (EBS2013)
- Designing Country Strategies (EBC2206)
- Emerging Economies in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EBC2161)
- Governing the European Economy (EUS2009)
- International Economics and European Integration (EUS2013)
I also work as a tutor in the “Environment & Economy I+II” and "National Greenhouse Gas Emissions Mitigation Strategy" courses in the Global Studies Bachelor Program (FASoS).
Finally, my role as Mentor concerns the support of various students of the Global Studies Bachelor Program with studying, finding their way in Maastricht and making decisions about their future.
