Fiona Starke (F.S.)
I am an external PhD candidate at CAPHRI and I am conducting research on return to work after sickness absence due to mental disorders. Besides that I am working as a reserach assistant at the German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) in Berlin. I am involved in an intervention study called "RTW-PIA" in which I will investigate the effectiveness of an intensified RTW support and aftercare in German psychiatric outpatient clinics of psychiatric hospitals for employees with mental disorders.
