"The dual effect of flavonoids: Novel ways to widen the radiotherapy therapeutic window"

This thesis focuses on investigating the effects of flavonoids in cancer treatment, and exploring the molecular mechanisms involved. The overarching goal is to sensitize tumors to treatment, while simultaneously preventing normal tissue from cancer treatment through the adjuvant administering flavonoids.
