Law & History Group Research Talk
The next meeting of the UM Law & History Research Group will take place on Monday, 30 October 2023 at the Faculty of Law (Room TBA).
Our speaker will be Lucas Lixinski (UNSW Sydney) who will address The Turn to History in International Law. In this talk, our speaker will examine the shift towards history in that field of law and its promise to offer alternative imaginations by recovering history, something which becomes challenging when dealing with the heritage of colonialism. The presentation is followed by a Q&A and a chance to meet.’
Please write to the conveners Karin van Leeuwen and/or Agustín Parise to be informed about the exact venue.
