ITEM Discussion: Revival of the thirteenth country system?

On 8 November 2018 a discussion will take place about the so-called thirteenth country system and possible alternatives in relation to current problems of migrating and cross-border workers. The discussion will take place among people who have considerable experience with the issues and several young academics: Generation Maastricht!
