Inaugural lecture Eliza Steinbock
MACCH affiliate member Eliza Steinbock has been appointed as Professor in Transgender Studies, Art and Cultural Activism in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. On Thursday the 2nd of April 2026 at 16:30, they will deliver their inaugural lecture on the topic of “We Have Always Existed: The Arts of Transgender Survival.”
Interested parties are invited to this hour-long ceremony and to the reception with festive drinks and bites directly following, lasting until 18:45. Please find your seat for the ceremony by 16:20.
The lecture and the reception will take place at the Maastricht University Aula which is located at the Minderbroedersberg 4-6.
