Hosted by the Elverding Chair on Responsible Business, Culture, and Corporate Regulation, the Elverding Roundtable, taking place on 9 December 2026 at UM Campus Brussels.
This year’s roundtable will explore the evolving role of shareholders in shaping corporate behaviour and addressing societal challenges. Bringing together a small group of leading academics and practitioners, we will discuss questions around shareholder power, responsibilities and limitations, the future of investor democracy, and the resilience of the stakeholder model.
