Wednesday: Data Transfers
- Transfer personal data safely
- Adequacy decisions
- Standard Contractual Clauses
- Binding corporate rules
- Derogations and exceptions, including data subject consent

Thursday: Getting technical
- Data security management under the GDPR
- Security incidents
- Technical and organisational measures
- Personal data breach type risk management

Friday: Examination

ADD ON: LGPD Localisation Session

b/luz Advogados offers a focused localisation session on Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Held on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, this session is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the LGPD, with an emphasis on its unique features and requirements.

This session can only be booked as an add-on to the Data Protection Officer Certification course. It starts after the DPO Certification exams on Friday and continues until Saturday 11 October at 12.00 hrs.
