“Roadmap and factsheet for the recognition of qualifications for highly demanded professions”

This project brings together partners along the Dutch border, including partners from the Netherlands, Belgium, North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony. The aim of the project is to develop roadmaps and fact sheets for highly demanded professions. These roadmaps and fact sheets are two separate documents that aim to promote cross-border mobility and employability by improving recognition. The project focuses in particular on the way in which the recognition of selected promising regulated professions takes place. The documents will indicate how competent authorities assess qualifications to provide first line supporters and citizens with information that goes beyond what is currently readily available. In addition, the project aims to make citizens aware of their rights and obligations during the recognition procedures. ITEM is the project leader for this project on behalf of the Province of Limburg.
