Inquiries about graduation photos
The links to the graduation photo folders are not publicly shared; they are only provided to graduates.
If you are uncomfortable with your picture being included in the shared folder, you may request its removal by emailing communications-law@maastrichtuniversity.nl. Please send your request from your UM email address (if possible) and clearly specify:
- The filename(s) of the photo(s) you wish to have removed
- The graduation year and date
This will help the communications team process your request efficiently.
Please note: once your photo is removed, it cannot be recovered, so make sure to download and save any images you wish to keep before making a removal request.
