Tiiu Albin receives honourable mention for the Mitchell B. Carroll Prize
Tiiu Albin received an honourable mention for the Mitchell B. Carroll Prize for her dissertation “International Aspects of the CCCTB in Europe” during the 2015 IFA Congress in Basel. The Mitchell B. Carroll prize is awarded for a work dealing with international fiscal questions, comparative fiscal law or local fiscal law with the emphasis on the relationships with the fiscal law of foreign jurisdictions. Emily Fett (USA) won this year’s prize for her dissertation "Triangular Cases: The Application of Bilateral Income Tax Treaties in Multilateral Situations".
